PRIVACY NOTES / PROTOTYPE

Your contract.
Your browser.

How this static prototype handles information.

What stays local

Contract text, opened JSON files, comparison results, search queries and checklist selections are processed in memory in your browser tab. This release does not upload documents, call declared API endpoints, send model requests, or save contracts to cookies, local storage or a remote database.

Closing or reloading the tab clears the in-memory workspace. Clear all removes its inputs and review. Downloaded reports are separate files on your device; clearing the workspace does not delete them.

What a website request involves

Your browser requests the site's HTML, styles, scripts and icons from whichever host serves it. A hosting provider may process ordinary request metadata such as IP addresses, request times and user agents under its own policies. Local analysis does not mean a hosted website receives no connection metadata.

No third-party trackers, analytics, external fonts, remote images or advertising code are included in this release. No provider-specific log retention promise is made here.

Export with care

Reports contain finding details and source evidence that can include sensitive contract values. They are downloaded locally; you decide whether and where to share them. Avoid entering secrets into API contracts, and inspect exports before publishing them.

No account required

This prototype has no registration, profile, payment flow or contact form. Contract analysis includes no AI integration or model requests; no in-product AI integration is planned. If you choose to email the project contact, your message and address are handled outside this browser-local workspace by email providers under their own policies. Do not email confidential specifications or secrets.

A note about the project

DiffHaven is an independent project by Hưng, a student developer in Vietnam. These notes describe the current prototype, not a promise about every possible future version or third-party hosting setup.
